Cooking Pasta

- Use a large pan, so that de pasta does not stick;
- Use a lot of water - about 1L of water per every 100g of pasta;
- Do not add any fat to the cooking water, so that the pasta can absorb the sauce at the end;
- Do not add the pasta before the water boils;
- Stir well when putting the pasta in the pan;
- Once the pasta is cooked, immediately drain the water and do not rinse.
