​90 g grated parmesan cheese
1 shallot (about 30 g)
150 g bacon in cubes
20 g olive oil
1,2 L water
1 teaspoon of salt
350 g spaghetti A PORTUGUESA à sua mesa!
3 eggs
1 egg yolk

Recipe

1.Put the chopped shallot, the bacon and the olive oil in a frying pan and cook. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Put the water in a pan and let it boil. Then add salt.

3. Add the spaghetti and cook during the time indicated on the package. Drain the water and set aside with the bacon.

4. Put the eggs, the yolk, the grated cheese, the salt and the pepper in a bowl and mix. Add this mixture to the spaghetti and the bacon and serve.
