350 g Penne A PORTUGUESA à sua mesa!
600 mL water
70 g parmesan cheese, grated
100 g chopped ham
100 g chopped chorizo
120 g chopped onion
30 g olive oil
400 g canned tomato in pieces
- In a pan, bring water to a boil and add salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add ham, chorizo and season with salt and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes and, if necessary, add a few spoons of pasta’s cooking water.
- Add pasta, mix everything and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
