Ingredients

1,5 L water
1 + ½ teaspoon of salt
400 g penne A PORTUGUESA à sua mesa!
30 g olive oil (a bit more to add to the cooked pasta)
250 g onion
15 g parsley
250 g tuna in olive oil

Recipe

1. Put the water in a pan and let it boil. Then add the salt.

2. Add the penne and cook during the time indicated on the package. Remove from heat, drain the water, add olive oil and set aside.

3. In a frying pan, cook the olive oil, the chopped onion and parsley and the salt.

4. Add the tuna and the pasta and serve.
