400g of fusilli A PORTUGUESA à sua mesa!
1,5 L of water
400 g of canned peeled tomato
2 fresh mozzarellas
10 basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
- In a frying pan, saute the chopped garlic in olive oil, add the tomato with its sauce and the chopped basil and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a saucepan, boil the water, add salt and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
- Drain the pasta, add the mozzarella cut into cubes and mix well with the sauce. If necessary, add some cooking water.
