Ingredients

400 g Fusilli A PORTUGUESA à sua mesa!
1,5 L water
400 g canned peeled tomato
2 fresh mozzarellas
10 basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt to taste

Recipe

  1. In a frying pan, saute the chopped garlic in olive oil, add the tomato with its sauce and the chopped basil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, boil the water, add salt and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
  3. Drain the pasta, add the mozzarella cut into cubes and mix well with the sauce. If necessary, add some of the cooking water.
