Ingredients

50 g pasta Grandine A PORTUGUESA à sua mesa!
500 g split chicken (½ chicken)
100 g onion cut into quarters
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 teaspoon salt
Mint leaves
1,2 L water

Recipe

  1. Put the chicken, onion, salt, chicken bouillon cube and water in a pan and boil for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the chicken and chop in pieces.
  3. Add the pasta to the pan and cook for the time indicated on the package.
  4. Add the chicken and mint leaves and serve.
